Talks are on the way between Israel and Hezbollah leaders, and the delegates of the UN are working as a negotiator in between these two. Still the issue of prisoner exchange is not clear.
In the conflict of one month about 1200 people died. Later on conflict was resolved by the interference of the UN. Israel seems to be a bit hard on the issue. Hezbollah captured two Israeli soldiers on 12th of July, and now they are demanding the release of Arab prisoners in exchange of these soldiers. Israel is still refusing the proposal.
It will be better if both sides agree on the treaty otherwise the conflict may rise again between these two. Both the country should try to resolve the issue by bilateral talks. They should try to understand that no good can come out of war.
Hezbollah leaders are practicing in the guerilla warfare since a long time and Israel is defending itself from very long time. Hezbollah should try to understand that if they irritate Israel the results can be horrible and Hezbollah will be a loser. Instead of taking revenge, Hezbollah should cooperate with Israel. Such cooperation will not only benefit Hezbollah it will also be a great step towards the peace process in the region. This will also result in ending the decade long war between Palestine,Israel and Lebanon.
