President George W. Bush in his speech on Friday claimed that the sectarian violence in Iraq has reduced to half.

Bush denies the Republican Leader’s comment:
He abruptly defies the claims of the republican leader’s allegations that war in Iraq is lost. He further said that the security buildup of the coalition forces and Iraqi military in Baghdad has reduced sectarian murders considerably.
Violence still prevails in Iraq:
U.S-Iraqi army stepped-up security in Baghdad but the violence continues to prevail in the capital city. Data interpretation about reduction of violence may be misleading as it shows drastic reduction in the violence though, a car bomb attack on Wednesday alone killed 200 people in Baghdad.
Bush’ remarks contrary to reality
President George W. Bush’s remark about the reduction of the violence is totally misleading and contrary to the reality. Violence is still prevailing in the country. There has been certain breakthroughs like the disappearance of the Mahdi army but still lot more remains incomplete.
The coalition forces should concentrate on debarring the car bomb attacks that will definitely give the coalition forces upper hand on the terrorists. It would be nice for the Iraqi’s to be alive in the world of President Bush and that too in a terror free nation - pretty heaven.
