
Gunmen wearing police uniforms with 10 cars reached the residence of Iraqi Vice-President’s in Sualaikh district of Iraq on Monday and killed Amir-al-Hashmi, the brother of Iraqi Vice President. He was amongst the third killed siblings of Iraqi Vice - President. Before him another brother and sister were also gunned down by the extremists. Amir-al-Hashmi was working as a military adviser in Iraq presidency.
Iraq is currently gripped by insurgent violence and sectarian fighting between Shia and Sunni Muslims. According to sources at least 100 peoples are killed daily.
In such a critical situation when the high officials having security measures are not safe, then how the safety of civilians can be guaranteed. To overcome such a situation Iraqi people have to understand that no good comes out of wars.
