As it was expected, Israel has rejected the latest Middle East Peace Plan forwarded by Spain, France and Italy. The latest plan mooted by the Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero, which calls for an immediate ceasefire and increased international intervention in the Israel-Palestine fresh conflict. Israel rejected the plan even without taking it seriously on the ground that the plan was not coordinated with EU or Israel.
The fate of the ambitious plan was destined to be thrown in air since Israel cannot favor these plans involving greater international intervention as it always opposed this kind of intervention in the past since long. Further, the countries who have proposed the plan cannot win trust of Israeli government as it thinks that these nations may adopt a soft approach towards Islamic nations.
Moreover, the proposed plan itself has not the backing of UK and Germany at the moment, which Spanish prime minister thinks he would be able to garner in the coming EU summit.
Besides a call for immediate ceasefire and the formation of a Palestinian unity government, the plan also include exchange of prisoners, talks between Israel’s prime minister and Palestinian Authority president and an international mission in Gaza to monitor a ceasefire.
The Israeli government is almost unlikely to favor any plan from any quarter which does not include the U.S. is quite clear as it is written on the wall. On the other hand, a senior Palestinian negotiator has hinted that George Bush has earlier specified the end game as a two-state solution.

Few years ago the former Lady Dutch Primeminster Hans Bruntland and a Present UK Lady Miniter both clearly announced that Isreal was not listening to EU at all. So there wasnt really for the little brother to try its hand at the absolute centre of World Anarchy . EU for its prime function is required to fullfill its Economic Package promise that Ghazi Yasser time and again argued about. funds are badly needed in Palestine for a World Wide Television Communication Networking both in Arabic and English appealing to Americans as the day to day social economic progress is quisessential towards a new world life in the region.
Today there is no real hegemony of interest that some bigger interest wants to hold the region in state of fighting.
A lot of progress in Social Political areas between both the Nations has shown considerable tolerance between them. But two major errors are prevailing.
1. The least thought and considered that three major ideological presses are always at work in the region.Zionist ,Secular and Capitalist and very little solution finding is taking place all over the world to let a replacement of the way the former presses statistically cover the region. I really feel that there isnt much to be done of Zionist Press because it includes other feilds like Fashion and Culture and Social sciences so there is a conscience but the Secular Press is a drag tale and failure back home . The Capitalist Press talks with Economy as lead enterprise ,economy that Palestinians dont have and Isreal doesnt ethically have to respect the notion for its leading/watching the modren terminologies in finance particularly . Whenever the three presses attack Isreal together or bring Isreal into bland lime light it starts killing Palestinians.Now how does one evaluate this/such circumstance.
2. The Banking stalemate and Regime Rulers .Someone recently talked into Amr Musas conference that such bureaucrats talk rashly on issues but are silent to despotism of Secular Regimes and especially escort Isreal into affairs and diplomacy while they cannot undo issues regading a majority literate Palestinian Economy . And while UBS and CITIBANK are rudeing world business with offshore accounts and overseas companies that will only respond to Regime Rulers when in power are bringing a state of one party rule allover Asia and Africa while Offshore Banking with Breifcase accounts are favoring warlords to induce Civil Wars in adjoining Regions.
Just before the kidnappings of Isrealis and all the destruction in Lebanon and Palestine the question was raised and maps were shown through which ex Regime Rulers planned to utilise tela Viv for Banking.
Ethically Isreal and Washington will have to bend their shoulder for worlds normality sake towards Regime Rulers and Illicit Governments because the actual affair has been resolved . And as the story will siupposedly end when Hamas recognises Isreal a small gesture from Isreal is needed to once offer a joint statement with Washington about their new role towards Illicit Governments.
This was the time slightly after the 9/11 incident when Isreal took a full licence by itself to cleanse Palestinian Authority Areas from Terrorists.
It is the Western Press that has named The Freedom Fighters or even Guerilla attackers as Terrorists and i feel that Isreal is not actually intimidated by the occasional attack!
The region is called Middle East and the affairs from Asia or Africa should address Middle East .
i mostly talk of Isreal ’s former Prime Minister Ariel Sharon who from sick bed announced he believed in a Palestinian State and also in Democracy for Jerusalem. Jerusalem where the peace will be finalsed the Palestinian Police Service should start operating and as already both the countries are doing very encouraging job. Palestinian and Isrealis have shown examplary understanding and ended a International Warlike flareup amongst. Both the Nations should now create a common police to move further and hold borders .
