Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Avigdor Lieberman has said Israel should separate Jews and Arabs so that Israel can be a homogenous Jewish country.
Giving the example of Cyprus, the deputy PM called it as “the best model” to follow. Although the views were condemned by the Israeli Arab politicians and government of Israel. He is of the view that Arabs, that constitute 20% of Muslim population, should be given a separate area so that peace may be maintained in Israel.
The idea of dividing Israel seems to be baseless, because instead of dividing the country, Muslims should be pushed towards Gaza by giving them the backup to re-establish them.
