Iran’s foreign ministry has said that Russia and Iran want the controversial nuclear programs should remain under the purview of International Atomic Energy Council. The statement is important as the world’s six major powers are going to meet in Vienna this Thursday to discuss the incentive package to Iran.



However, Iran has out rightly rejected any possibility of giving up its uranium enrichment program. It further stated that Iran can not accepting anything which is beyond the framework of its obligations within the Nuclear Proliferation Treaty. In particular, Iran is not likely to bend to the demand of suspending Nuclear Research.
