The problem has aroused for the government of Germany because of some photographs in which German soldiers appeared to be desecrating a human skull in Afghanistan. Such barbaric act can defame German army. Therefore, Germany had upgraded its security measures. Another photograph on Wednesday showed an unidentified soldier, dressed in desert fatigues, clutching the skull next to his exposed penis.
The top selling newspapers of Afghanistan had displayed the pictures of German solider in uniform with obscene photos with the skull. Later on German T.V. broadcasted other disgusting photographs of a solider with skull. These pictures were taken in 2003.
Such images and acts can hurt the reputation of German soldiers worldwide , especially, in the orthodox country like Afghanistan. The leaders had called Germany on the issue and reminded authorities not to repeat such shameful acts again. Although the investigations are going on, but such act of disgrace does not only hurt the sentiments of Afghanis, but also proves how low German soldiers can go.
